Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY We reserve our time to service you. As we understand life may arise and things can happen, we require a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for no shows and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before. If a deposit was not made, we reserve the right to charge 20% of service scheduled, loss of session in a package or redemption of any pre-paid coupon services (ex. Groupon) REBOOKING POLICY Appointments are not re-booked without a deposit or purchase of pre-paid coupons. We reserve the right to offer a courtesy re-booking of a late cancelation at our discretion. A courtesy re-booking is not guaranteed in all circumstances or for any set day or time. We reserve the right to decline services to any client due to what we deem as excessive re-scheduling of services.
